| | Description | About Bulova: The beginnings of the Bulova Watch Corporation can be traced to a small jewelry store opened on Maiden Lane in New York City in 1875 by Joseph Bulova, a 23-year-old immigrant from Bohemia. In 1911, Bulova began manufacturing boudoir and desk clocks, along with fine pocket watches, which he made and sold in unprecedented numbers. During World War I, wristwatches were issued in the military for their greater convenience. Returning veterans brought them home, and a new fashion was created. In the 1950s, Bulova developed the Accutron, the first electronic watch, which was accurate to keeping time to within two seconds a day. During the 1960s, NASA asked the company to bring its timing expertise to computers for the Space Program. A Bulova timer was placed on the moon's Sea of Tranquility to control the transmissions of vital data through the years. | |

I received this as a present and absolutely loved it. I can dress it up or wear it with a t-shirt and jeans. I have received numerous comments on it already. It is a great deal and is much cheaper than in department stores. It is highly recommended.

This watch was a Christmas 2010 gift for me and I've worn it nearly everyday since. Perfect for dressing up or dressing down, but sure to get noticed no matter what. I've never been so materialistically attached to something... ever. When I first got it I took it to a jewelry store to set it and polish it (no reason to polish really) and it has worked beautifully

This is my second Bulova diamond collection watch. The first, is absolutely beautiful and I get so many compliments (96R109). I haven't worn this one yet, but imagine I will get just as many compliments.
The only downfall with this specific watch is the clasp. The deployment clasp is a little difficult and I can see breaking a fingernail, Bulova should really re-consider the design of this deployment clasp. In fact, I needed to do an internet search to figure out how to do it because the instructions weren't in the watch manual. I much prefer my first clasp style.
Also, this watch has just a little bit bigger dial size, which is a little refreshing to me. I expected the normal size similar to my other Bulova watch. Mind you, this is not the 'substantial' size (more men's size), it's just a little slighter larger than the normal dial I am used too (fashion forward?).
