| | Description | About Bulova: The beginnings of the Bulova Watch Corporation can be traced to a small jewelry store opened on Maiden Lane in New York City in 1875 by Joseph Bulova, a 23-year-old immigrant from Bohemia. In 1911, Bulova began manufacturing boudoir and desk clocks, along with fine pocket watches, which he made and sold in unprecedented numbers. During World War I, wristwatches were issued in the military for their greater convenience. Returning veterans brought them home, and a new fashion was created. In the 1950s, Bulova developed the Accutron, the first electronic watch, which was accurate to keeping time to within two seconds a day. During the 1960s, NASA asked the company to bring its timing expertise to computers for the Space Program. A Bulova timer was placed on the moon's Sea of Tranquility to control the transmissions of vital data through the years. | |

I bought this as a birthday present for my wife. She had it in her wish list, so I knew she liked the styling already. But she was thrilled with it when it arrived, saying that it looked even better in person. The quality of the band was excellent, usually a good indicator of a nicely built watch. And the watch does indeed seem to be well put together. I personally thought the "diamonds" looked a tiny bit cheap, but my wife completely disagrees, so she wins the review rating. I would have given 4 stars, though, so don't let me leave you with the impression I didn't care for it. And Bulova has always been a very good watch maker of mid priced (100.00 to 400.00)watches, in my experience.

I purchased this Bulova watch for women, and I also purchased the matching men's watch for my spouse! I was so surprised when I received them!! The previous reviews stated that the watch looked cheap, and the black looked like it was painted on. This is not at all the case! The watches are absolutely gorgeous! The diamonds are small, but that makes the watch hold that classic and timeless look! It's not too flashy, but elegant, and stylish. The timepiece is very well made, and solid! I love this timepiece, and I cannot wait to surprise my spouse with it for his birthday! This is a great buy! Other sites have these watches listed hundreds of dollars higher! BUY IT HERE!

I love this stylist watch. The face is not too big on my wrist and it looks great. Excellent quality and keeps accurate time. Extremely happy with my purchase. Service and delivery were excellent also. Thank you Amazon.

I purchased this watch for myself, and I must say that I am quite impressed with its looks. I love the black and it can be worn with both office and casual attire. I have received several compliments on this watch. I got a great deal with free shipping, so I am very happy. I highly recommend this watch. I also purchased the white 98P 124 Bulova for the summer. Very pleased with both purchases.

This watch is more beautiful in person . My husband compared it to my Rolex (favorably)! Frankly, I like it better. I love that it is not digital and the sweep seconds hand. The black is quite classy looking and the diamonds are perfect! The watch arrived nicely packaged and in excellent condition. I'm absolutely thrilled!
