 A simplified design with absolutely amazing craftsmanship Mar 03, 2011

I had this exact watch for about four years before I sadly had it stolen and would still be using it today if not for that incident. Compared to some of the other Citizen watches the design on this one is fairly simple. It's well made and while I would obviously never suggest dropping a watch on the ground you can rest easy knowing that this model can take a slight beating in the event that it did somehow hit the floor. As with most Citizen watches released after 1995 this model does have Eco-Drive: a rechargeable battery with a solar panel built directly into the watch face. The battery itself will last about 6-12 months if stored in a dark area for a long time. Should the battery run out of power it only requires about five minutes in direct sunlight for a full charge of the battery.
With regular maintenance (such as lubricating gears, replacing the gaskets for water resistance, ect) this will be a watch that'll last you for many years to come.

I just received this amazing watch as a birthday gift from my dad. I must say this is the best watch I've ever had. When you look at this watch, you have to appreciate the craftsmanship that has made Citizen a legendary brand. The quality of this watch is unsurpassed, I have to see every little detail is flawless. It's truly a gentleman's watch, you can wear this on any occasion.

The picture depicts BRUSHED gold but what i received was a shiny chrome gold and that is way over the top. I can't wear this watch.
