| | Description | Powered by light, the Men's Blue Angels Skyhawk A-T Chronograph Rubber Strap Watch from Citizen Eco-Drive is environmentally friendly, chock full of features, and comfortable enough to wear every day. This rugged timepiece features atomic time keeping, (automatically set by signals from North America, Europe and Asia), and offers a GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) display, world time with 43 cities, and two alarms. A 1/100 second chronograph measures up to 24 hours, and there's also a 99 minute countdown timer, perpetual calendar, and rotating slide rule bezel. For protection against damage, a non-reflective, hardened mineral crystal guards against scratches. And a blue dial with silver-tone hands and markers and digital display looks sleek and modern, while a rubber strap feels secure and relaxed on the wrist. Designed for long-term wear, this Citizen Eco-Drive original arrives in a gray box, along with a manual, information CD, and warranty information. | |

Awesome watch May 25, 2010
By permafrost91 Very nice timepiece. Unfortunately, you will have to cut the band to adjust its length. Also, the different sub-functions (e.g. alarms, timer, stopwatch, etc.) are accessed by pulling the twist pin out one stop. This is sometimes difficult while the watch is worn. Despite this, I still love it.

Teriffic Watch Sep 15, 2009
By Engineer1 I just received this watch and I will agree with the previous reviewer that it takes a few minutes to set up, but the instructions are clear and once it's done, it's easy to maintain.
If any gripe at all, the rubber strap is too large (and I have a large wrist) and there really aren't any adjustments you can make to it other than physically cut it down...but it appears the strap is designed just for that.

Great watch! Feb 22, 2011

This watch was a great deal for the price. I use it for flying and even it's E6B bezel is usable in a pinch. Always accurate, it was updated successfully in Asia and Europe by atomic clock, not just the US.

Defective Crystal -- Citizen blows off -- never again Apr 27, 2011
By C. Wittmann
""All we like Sheep have gone astray""
Having had earlier versions of this watch, I looked to replace it. I paid $417 at John Bull in Nassau. Mechanism 1000 times more complicated involving a dance of pulling out stems and pushing buttons to do what buttons alone did before. Definitely no longer a work watch, a bling watch.
In less than SIX DAYS, of on and off wearing, there was a large deep scratch on the crystal. For a watch billed as scratch resistant and supposedly a rugged watch, this was incredible.
Wrote to Citizen asking about what seems to be a serious manufacturing defect -- they basically blew me off with "send it in and we will see." I asked for crystal replacement, but their reply seems to indicate they know about the problem, don't care, and will charge for repair. Returning it to the dealer, don't care if I take a loss on it.
Citizen has really lost its credibility. I know some Blue Angels, will ask if they really want to be associated with this defective product.
This watch is appropriate if you coddle it like a fine Swiss watch. But it ain't one.
Do not wear it everyday, and God forbid you wear it in a challenging environment.
Save $500. Buy a Timex. The crystal will last longer.
Sorry Citizen -- your choice.
