The watch is nice, but it arrived with a dead battery. When I emailed about it, there was a suggestion that I go get a battery, which I did, but no offer was made to reimburse me for it. If I sent it back, I would have to pay for the battery and the shipping. I was very disappointed. It was a gift and I expected it to work on arrival or at least be provided better customer service when they realized the problem.
