Cracked glass. No warrantee! Mar 01, 2012

Love the watch. but after 6 days, glass cracked! Didn't drop it, didn't bang it. Left watch on bedside table, in the morning it was cracked, suspect glass fitting too tight, or poorly constructed..
Glass repairs are under warrantee, if you receive the warrantee! No international warrantee supplied by Amazon. Now having to pay for a repair on a 6 day old watch! Not happy

Great looking watch, but.... Apr 20, 2012

This is a great looking watch. When I received it I was not disappointed by it. The watch was exactly what I was looking for and worked perfectly....
Then after about 4 months the glass decided to crack while I had the watch sitting on my coffee table. I could hear it happening, and while I ran around trying to figure out where the sound was coming from, I finally came to the watch and noticed the front glass covering had been completely cracked open. I have no idea why this watch randomly decided to break for no apparent reason.
I've looked into it and both Amazon.com and Skagen's warranties only cover moving parts, NOT THE GLASS. So now I have to go to a watch repairmen and pay to have it fixed. I've had many other watches in my lifetime that I have owned for a much longer time than this one and none of them ever had any problems like this.
