It features Timex's unique underwater Indiglo light activation as well as water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet). It frames an interior dial with 24-hour markings, a cream dial background, full Arabic numerals, large, luminous hands with seconds hand, and a day and date display at 3 o'clock. It a screw-in caseback and crown, an 8-year battery life, and a genuine leather strap in brown with white contrast stitching.
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.
With the Quick Date function, you can set the date on the watch without turning the crown for every 24-hour period. Just pull the stem halfway out, and turn until desired date is reached. | |

I bought this watch to wear when I'm fishing. It is very easy to read because of it's size, contrasting face and hands. I don't have to put on my glasses to find out how late I am, and it's water resistant in case/when I fall in.

This watch has held up under the harsh conditions of the Maine winter climate. It has few features but is great for minimalists like myself. Can't beat the watch, better than any other comparably priced watch I have ever owned!

Man the reviews some folks are writing are surprising to me. People want this watch to be ruggedly constructed, keep accurate time, have a moving second hand, display the date and day, provide a very useful indiglo backlight AND then complain that it SUCKS because it doesn't have a rotating bezel?
Please. The watch costs $33. Calm down.
Yes it shouldn't be described as having a rotating bezel but I don't see that in the Product Description (admittedly it maybe that it was included in early descriptions but it wasn't there when I bought mine).
I've had the watch about two months and wear it daily. It keeps amazingly accurate time (I don't think it's off by even one minute in that time). It's light, very easy to read and the indiglo is great for checking the time in dark conditions.
For the money this is a five star watch EXCEPT for the strap which far too easily absorbs sweat and stains (darkens) very easily. The discoloration is modest but could annoy some. Really the strap should be treated to be moisture resistant. Ergo I give it four stars.

The title says it all: No moveable bezel, despite product description. I was looking to replace the same watch purchased over 5 years ago. The div'er's bezel was movable, not merely ornamental and was a great convenience. The product description clearly said "movable bezel" or I'd not have ordered. Nearly sent it back, but not worth the hassle and will work until I find something else or I may be able to transfer the works to the old case, which still looks good.
