It is big! Mar 25, 2010
The watch looks just like advertised, and the light works fine.
But it is larger, and heavier than I thought it would be. It is easily twice the weight of my old watch.
Also, the minute hand is quite large and completely covers the date at quarter after the hour.

I got this watch for Christmas, and it's a great concept, but I had battery problems. The flashlight worked great and was more powerful than I imagined. I noticed that this product was sold by JustCalculators, and that, when I received the watch, there wasn't one of those tabs that usually start a watch. The indeglo funtion was weak and flickered, I had to reset the watch 2 times in the first week, then it stopped. Even though the watch stopped the light was still strong because it runs on a seperate battery.
I contacted Timex, and they said I could sent it to them for repair, as it was under the 1 year warranty, so I did. I haven't got it back yet, but I truly hope they can solve the problem. The flashlite watch is a great idea and while I had mine it proved very useful to have emergency light so handy. Thank goodness the strap does not look purple.

Bulky watch keeps time fine but the battery has gone out twice in 7 weeks, apparently from the buttons sticking and keeping the Indiglo night light on.
